Driver requirements :
-Minimum Driver age is: 25
-Driver must hold a full, valid licence for at least 3 years
-Passport
Guarantee / Deposit :
The deposit amount depends on the car group (about 200 - 300 €). It will be refunded/released after the end of the rental period if no damage/theft has occurred.
The renter is responsible for damages in cases where he personally caused damage to the car or if the person who caused the damage is not identified due to improper actions of the renter. Also, damage to car parts (for example: mirrors, wheel rims, etc.), as well as cleaning the car interior, removing dirt, dry cleaning seats, etc., are reimbursed from the deposit amount.
Fuel Policy:
The renter will have to return the car filled with the same amount of fuel. A refueling fee might apply based on 2,5 € per liter.
Payment:
Payment is made in advance for the entire rental period of the car, according to actual rates. The car is transferred to the renter based on the AGREEMENT. The start of the car rental is calculated from the moment of signing the car acceptance certificate.
Insurance:
Your car has Third party liability Insurance (Liability Insurance for damages or injuries to any 3rd party outside the vehicle). The renter is required to report any accident/incident to the local police (112 or 166) and to the car rental company. If no report is made, any insurance/coverage will not be applied. The renter is fully financially responsible if, at the time of causing the damage, he was in a state of alcohol, drug or toxic intoxication, after using medications that are not allowed when driving a vehicle. Damage is also compensated at the expense of the renter if the car transferred to a person not specified in the Agreement or if the damage was caused to the vehicle off public roads. And also if the car was stolen with documents and keys.
Other Information:
A car can be rented for at least 2 days.
Delay of returning the car for more than 2 hours without prior approval is paid as the full next day of rental. In case of delay for more than a day (without prior approval) the rate is doubled for any extra day.
