Booking a car is quick and easy. Simply fill out the booking form on our Home Page under your selected vehicle. We recommend booking in advance to ensure availability, especially during peak travel seasons. Provide your contact details, preferred pick-up location, and any additional requests. Your car will be delivered on time, exactly where it's most convenient for you.
IMPORTANT: Pick-up and drop-off at Burgas Airport between 10:00 pm and 08:00 am are subject to an additional fee.
Need a transfer? Let us know in advance with the number of passengers and luggage. This is a paid service.

All vehichles are insured according to Bulgarian law and include coverage for road accidents.
However, some damages are not covered by insurance, including:

• tires and rims
• side mirrors
• damage outside public roads
Such damages may be deducted from the security deposit.

If your car breaks down, contact us immediately - we will assist you as quickly as possible.
In case of an accident:

• Call emergency services at 112
• Complete the accident report from provided with your rental
Make sure all documents are filled out correctly. If unsure, contact us for assistance to avoid extra charges.

The fuel level is recorded in your rental agreement at pick-up. Yor must return car with the same amount of fuel. Otherwise, missing fuel will be charged at €2.5 per liter.

The security deposit is required at pick-up to cover potential damages and ensure compliance with rental terms.
PARTIALT DEPOSIT DEDUCTION
May apply in case of:

• Missing fuel
• Delay over 2 hours
• Minor damages caused by the renter
• Traffic fines (parking, speeding, violations)

FULL DEPOSIT DEDUCTION
May apply in case of:

• Violation of Bulgarian laws or traffic rules, causing damage
• Serious damage to the engine, transmission, suspension, or interior of the vehicle resulting from violation of operating rules or use outside public roads
• Loss of the keys or documents
In case of an accident, the deposit is fully withheld if:
• No police report is provided
• Driver was under the influence of alcohol or drugs

The deposit is refunded upon vehicle return.

Traveling outside Bulgaria is possible upon request.
Requirements:

• International insurance (Green Card)
• Notarized power of attorney for driver(s)
Additional deposit applies. For international trips, we recommend newer vehicles with low mileage for better safety and comfort.
